Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA)
Lennon Telephone Company is compliant with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) codified in the United States Code and implemented by Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) rules and regulations. Lennon Telephone Company has submitted to the FCC its CALEA policies and procedures pursuant to Section 1.20005 of the FCC’s rules.
Lennon Telephone Company is compliant with the Red Flag Rules established by the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) pursuant to the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (“FACTA”). Lennon Telephone Company has adopted a Red Flag program, which is updated periodically and is designed to detect, prevent, and mitigate instances of identity theft involved with the opening of covered accounts.
Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)
